My Progress
I want to share my progress, and sometimes slips, with everyone to help keep me motivated to reach my three goals:
Goal 1: 30 Lbs

Goal 2: +20 Lbs for a total of 50 Lbs
Goal 3: +25 Lbs for a total of 75 Lbs
I don't have a set time to meet my goals because I want to do it in a healthy way by changing my patterns of what I eat to healthy eating patterns and incorporating exercise as a daily part of my life -- I don't want to do a crash diet and a bunch of exercise that will make me lose weight quickly but not be able to sustain my weight loss in the future! I don't want to just shrink -- I want to be a Shrinking Mommy that will become a Healthy Mommy!
To keep me motivated, below is my Weight Loss Tracker that shows total weight loss (Lbs) to date for my periodic weigh-ins! This way, we can see if I'm reaching my goals!
